SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Welcome to Zariaura. We are committed to delivering your ethnic wear and lehengas safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy to understand our dispatch and delivery process.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Please Note: In case of customized orders or high demand during festive seasons, processing may take an additional 24 hours.
2. SHIPPING CHARGES
Free Shipping: Since we accept only 100% Prepaid Orders (UPI, Cards, Netbanking) to ensure a safe and frictionless experience, we are happy to offer FREE Premium Shipping all across India. There are no hidden delivery fees.
3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
We partner with top-tier courier services to ensure fast delivery. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
Rest of India: 5 to 9 business days.
Disclaimer: While we try our best to meet these delivery timelines, slight delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, bad weather conditions, or logistical issues in remote areas.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a tracking link via Email and/or WhatsApp. You can use this link to check the live status of your shipment. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking portal to update after dispatch.
5. INCORRECT ADDRESS OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Please ensure you provide your complete and correct address (including House Number, Pincode, and Landmark) along with an active mobile number.
If a package is returned to us (RTO) due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the customer is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for the re-shipping charges.
6. MODIFICATION OF SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you have accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse, we will not be able to change the shipping address.
