REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Zariaura, we strive to give you the best shopping experience. Please read our Return, Refund, and Cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. CANCELLATION POLICY

Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, please contact us immediately at [अपना सपोर्ट ईमेल लिखें].

After Dispatch: Once the order has been dispatched or handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund for Cancellation: If you cancel a prepaid order successfully before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method (Bank Account/UPI/Card) within 5 to 7 business days.

2. RETURN POLICY

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Return Window: You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the delivery.

Condition of the Product: The item (Lehenga/Clothing) must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and without any fragrance. It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Unboxing Video (Mandatory): To claim a return for missing, damaged, or defective items, a clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package is strictly required. No claims will be entertained without an unboxing video.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, products bought during clearance sales, and accessories are non-returnable.

3. EXCHANGE POLICY

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong size/color was sent by us. If you need to exchange an item, please email us with your Order ID and photos/videos of the defect.

4. REFUND PROCESS (How you get your money back)

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

Credit Timeline: The approved refund amount will automatically be credited back to your original method of payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Netbanking) within 5 to 7 business days (as per banking standards).

Note: Shipping charges (if any) applied at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

5. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
